How do I know what service my car needs?

We recommend cars are serviced every 10,000km, or once a year - whichever comes first. Depending on the age of your vehicle, you may in fact need to do a basic service in between the full services as well.

There are two kinds of service - a full and a basic.

What’s the difference?

A basic service is essentially an oil and filter change, and we check all the other fluid levels, your tyre pressures and lights and wipers.

A full service is all of the above, plus a full vehicle check over, including removing the wheels and checking the condition of the brakes. You will be provided with a list of recommended repairs, detailed as urgent or recommended.
